Manage a high-volume caseload of employee leaves, including medical, family, and disability-related cases. Partner with internal benefits teams and stakeholders to ensure compliant case coordination, accurate documentation, and effective return-to-work processes.
The intern will support injured workers in their return-to-work process by gathering information, monitoring progress, and assisting with retraining plans. They will also manage documentation, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with Washington State Department of Labor and Industries guidelines.
