The Ambulatory Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care by triaging patient calls, managing medication refills, and coordinating patient testing and admissions. They also provide patient education and maintain accurate medical records while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
The Advanced Practice Provider will perform physical exams, manage acute and chronic medical needs, and collaborate with physicians to provide continuity of care. They are responsible for diagnostic planning, patient education, and maintaining accurate medical records within the clinic setting.
The Ambulatory RN will triage incoming phone calls, evaluating the physical and psychosocial health status of patients. They will follow nursing protocols, maintain patient records, and coordinate patient testing and admissions.
