The Field Service Engineer will support the technical needs of customers and the sales team, which includes preparing installation sites, overseeing machine deliveries, and performing the complete installation, assembly, leveling, aligning, adjusting, calibrating, wiring, and commissioning of CNC machines and accessories. They will also be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and software issues, and providing customer training on equipment use.
