The facilitator will deliver synchronous workshops on responding to anti-Indigenous racism for the Personal and Professional Development Skills Certificate. They are responsible for creating an inclusive learning environment and guiding students through case studies to connect course content to real-world healthcare and human services practice.

The Online Instructor will educate and mentor students in the Health Care Assistant program to become compassionate professionals. They are responsible for delivering curriculum, facilitating online learning, and supporting student development in accordance with program standards.

The Teaching Assistant supports the RDPN program by mentoring students, grading assignments, and tracking engagement in online courses. They collaborate with lead instructors to ensure instructional continuity and facilitate the RPN Licensing Exam Preparation Course.

Provide leadership and guidance to instructors while ensuring curriculum delivery aligns with industry standards for the MHSUW program. Collaborate with academic leadership on program planning, student success initiatives, and quality assurance processes.
