The Executive Director leads administrative operations and manages all full-time and part-time staff for the Nebraska Brand Committee. Key duties include overseeing brand inspections, testifying before the Nebraska Legislature, and coordinating with cattle industry stakeholders.

Provide individualized instruction in daily living skills, assistive technology, Braille, and cane travel to blind and visually impaired clients. Evaluate client skill levels to develop goals and prepare progress reports to monitor rehabilitation effectiveness.

Directs the Plans Division and supervises staff to ensure structures comply with state statutes and fire codes. Reviews architectural specifications and provides guidance to design professionals on fire code adherence.
