As we closely continue to monitor the status of COVID‑19, we have opened some of our offices to employees who have chosen to return and provided proof of vaccination. In preparation for our broader return to office plans, we have rolled out our Flexible Work Philosophy to ensure a safe return and flexibility for our Squarespace employees.

We’re serious about sharing in Squarespace’s successes. All employees receive an equity package in the company as part of their total compensation, and we match up to 4% of a team member’s annual salary in 401(K) (US) or Pension (Ireland) contributions.

We anonymously match any donation our employees make (up to $/€ 600) so they can support the organizations they care about most—times two. We also arrange to program for team members to volunteer at specialized customer workshops and community activities.
