The Technical Compliance Analyst will establish and operate the technical and operational aspects of the global compliance program. This includes managing transaction monitoring, KYC/B, and ensuring adherence to AML/CFT obligations and regulatory reporting.

Own the global operating system for payments, banking, FX, and compliance flows to ensure reliable and automated money movement. Lead the operational launch of new market corridors and manage end-to-end customer onboarding and support.

Develop reusable components and design frameworks for financial products, including internal dashboards and customer-facing applications. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build data-driven, intuitive user flows and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

The Enterprise Account Executive will own the full sales cycle, identifying, prospecting, and closing multi-year enterprise deals with fintechs, banks, and PSPs in Brazil, while also being instrumental in defining the Brazil Go-to-Market strategy.
