The Head of Compliance will build, mature, and lead the company's compliance program while partnering with product and engineering teams to automate operations. This role involves managing daily compliance activities, conducting investigations, filing SARs, and ensuring regulatory alignment across new business lines.
Own the product roadmap for KYC, KYB, and onboarding systems to balance conversion speed with regulatory compliance. Drive the strategy for onboarding APIs and SDKs while building internal tooling for compliance and operations teams.
Develop and maintain core systems and APIs that support user accounts and financial services. Collaborate with sales and third-party vendors to integrate KYC, AML, and banking services while ensuring system stability and scalability.
Develop reusable components and design frameworks for financial products, including internal dashboards and customer-facing applications. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build data-driven, intuitive user flows and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
