Own the product roadmap for KYC, KYB, and onboarding systems to balance conversion speed with regulatory rigor. Drive the strategy for onboarding APIs and SDKs while building internal tooling for compliance and operations teams.

Develop and maintain core systems and APIs that support user accounts and financial services. Collaborate with sales and third-party vendors to integrate KYC, AML, and banking services while ensuring system stability and scalability.

The Technical Compliance Analyst will establish and operate the technical and operational aspects of the global compliance program. This includes managing transaction monitoring, KYC/B, and ensuring adherence to AML/CFT obligations and regulatory reporting.

Develop reusable components and design frameworks for financial products, including internal dashboards and customer-facing applications. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build data-driven, intuitive user flows and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
