The Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant will provide tailored therapy to adult clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities via teletherapy. Responsibilities include documenting visits, maintaining patient records in compliance with HIPAA, and coordinating with families and case managers.

The Occupational Therapist will provide high-quality evaluations and tailored therapy sessions to adult clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They are also responsible for supervising assistants, maintaining accurate patient documentation, and communicating effectively with families and case managers.

Provide high-quality nutrition therapy to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes or via teletherapy. Maintain regular communication with families and case managers while ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
