The Senior HR Manager will own end-to-end HR workflows including talent acquisition, payroll, benefits administration, and performance management. They will partner with leadership to design reliable processes and ensure compliance across multi-state operations.
You will build and maintain AI-powered healthcare infrastructure, working across the full stack to develop voice and AI agents for clinical workflows. You will partner with product and design teams to turn business problems into production-ready solutions while ensuring high standards for reliability and safety.
Responsible for the reliability, quality, and performance of the data pipeline, acting as the bridge between Data & Analytics and Platform Engineering. This includes managing dbt failures, optimizing Redshift and Aurora performance, and supporting AI-assisted analytics tooling.
