Responsible for the reliability, quality, and performance of the data pipeline, acting as the bridge between Data & Analytics and Platform Engineering. This includes managing dbt failures, optimizing Redshift and Aurora performance, and supporting AI-assisted analytics tooling.

The Solutions Architect will lead strategic product implementations and manage technical projects for enterprise urgent care and health system partners. They will collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to design scalable solutions and ensure successful integration of EHR systems.
