Forward Deployed Engineer
The Forward Deployed Engineer will embed with customers to diagnose and resolve technical failures during the deployment of Smallstep's device identity platform. This role involves shipping production Golang code, building proof-of-concept environments, and acting as a technical escalation point for customer success teams.
