Lead integrated marketing and publicity campaigns for religion and spirituality titles to maximize visibility and market impact. Cultivate relationships with Christian media, influencers, and ministry organizations to establish the imprint as a leader in faith publishing.

The Art Director is responsible for designing and art directing compelling frontlist book covers for fiction and nonfiction titles across multiple imprints. This involves collaborating with editors, production teams, and freelance creatives to guide projects from initial concept to final production.
