Own the full deployment lifecycle for retail robotics, from physical installation and network setup to digital configuration. Build automation scripts and internal tools to optimize deployment speed and reliability at scale.

The consultant will design and implement a robust revenue analytics and GTM systems foundation to improve funnel visibility and deal velocity. They will also conduct a MarTech stack evaluation and provide a prioritized roadmap for optimization and automation.

The analyst will investigate and resolve customer issues across robotic and software systems by analyzing diagnostics, telemetry, and logs, driving issues to resolution rather than just triaging them. This role also involves building automation, tooling, and documentation to improve support quality and capacity.

This role is responsible for remotely monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving issues across the deployed Tally robot fleet to maximize uptime and maintain service quality. Key duties include building tooling to automate issue detection and using telemetry data to identify and address systemic problems before they escalate.
