The Systems Engineer will own the company's physical infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, and security perimeters. They are responsible for hardening and maintaining carrier-grade network systems while integrating them into a modern, cloud-first stack.
You will be responsible for scaling the company's cloud-native infrastructure and ensuring the reliability of the marketplace's API and monitoring systems. You will lead technical initiatives, solve complex systems problems, and collaborate closely with network and software engineering teams.
Monitor network health using Zabbix and Grafana, troubleshooting and resolving faults to maintain high availability. Develop automation scripts and configuration pipelines to reduce repetitive manual tasks and improve operational efficiency.
Lead the network engineering function by designing protocols, standards, and reference architectures for a global bandwidth marketplace. Own the entire technical estate including the routing core, aggregation, access, and partner ISP integrations while managing a high-leverage engineering team.
Take ownership of critical technical domains including the payments pipeline, billing engine, and integration layer. Work with the CTO to build and ship production systems handling financial transactions for ISP partners.
