Responsible for managing the customer lifecycle for mid-to-large law firms, focusing on implementing software solutions through remote trainings, coachings, and workshops. The role involves analyzing customer needs, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and providing strategic consulting to optimize legal processes.

Serve as the primary contact for international customers to resolve technical issues and optimize the use of the Amberlo legal practice management software. Collaborate with product and development teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements and deliver training sessions.

Manage the implementation of Legal Suite software from planning to go-live, including requirement analysis and system configuration. Provide 2nd-level technical support and manage the entire customer lifecycle to ensure maximum value and long-term success.

The Technical Lead is responsible for the technical vision and architecture of complex software and data solutions, focusing on scalability and sustainability. They provide leadership and mentoring to the engineering team while overseeing the full software development lifecycle.
