The role involves owning and improving Sekai’s iOS app experience, quality, and release velocity. The engineer will build and ship consumer-facing iOS features while collaborating closely with Product, Design, Backend, and Mobile engineers.
Drive technical execution across backend, frontend, mobile, AI, and data initiatives while translating ambiguous product goals into clear technical plans. Partner with founders and engineering teams to resolve hard technical problems and scale the technical organization.
Own key areas of the consumer product experience including creation, discovery, and retention. Translate ambiguous user problems into clear product hypotheses and execution plans while collaborating with engineering and design.
Build and ship end-to-end product features while collaborating with the product team to define user experiences. Proactively debug production issues and leverage AI tools to accelerate development and iteration cycles.
You will design and own the agent runtime and orchestration layer while building long-horizon agent workflows. Additionally, you will develop robust evaluation loops and ensure system reliability through metrics, alerts, and observability.
The Founding Product Designer will own the end-to-end user experience, defining the product DNA, visual language, and design systems. They will collaborate closely with founders and engineering to ship high-quality, AI-driven interactive content experiences.
