Lead end-to-end onboarding and multi-location POS implementations for enterprise customers, including project planning, configuration, data migration, integrations, hardware deployment, training, and go-live. Coordinate customer and internal stakeholders, manage risks and progress, develop onboarding resources, and share customer feedback to improve the product and implementation experience.
You will own the design of the web-based back office, focusing on merchant workflows for orders, payments, and integrations. You will lead user research and collaborate with product managers and engineers to build intuitive, data-driven experiences.
You will own the end-to-end terminal experience for cashiers and store staff, leading discovery and design decisions to improve operational workflows. You will also collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are functional, scalable, and consistent with the broader product ecosystem.
