You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and managing existing accounts within the industrial and plant engineering sector. This includes technical and commercial consulting, offer calculation, and coordinating project feasibility with internal departments.
You will be responsible for the repair, commissioning, and maintenance of company products at customer sites within the assigned regions. Additionally, you will provide technical support to customers via telephone and assist in technical training.
Responsible for the commissioning, repair, and maintenance of SAMSON Group products and third-party drives at customer sites regionally and internationally. Provides technical support via phone, conducts customer training, and manages service requests through a ticket system.
