Responsible for establishing and expanding the maintenance department and ensuring high technical standards across hotels in Southern Europe. This includes managing technical building services, training technicians, and monitoring compliance with safety laws and regulations.
You will oversee MEP (TGA) project management for hotel developments across Europe, ensuring technical standards are met from planning through to commissioning. This involves reviewing external designs, managing procurement for FF&E, and coordinating with investors and project partners.
The Manager Maintenance is responsible for the development and quality assurance of all technical and safety-related processes. This role involves overseeing the technical building equipment of hotels and workspaces, ensuring maintenance optimization, and planning repair work as needed.
