They will integrate AI and automation into finance workflows while ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting strategic initiatives like M&A and capital raises.

The controller will own the monthly close process, produce financial statements, and ensure compliance for a portfolio of clients. They will also collaborate with the CFO team to provide strategic financial guidance and implement automated, scalable financial infrastructure.

Lead finance transformation initiatives by conducting end-to-end needs assessments and designing scalable, automated future-state processes. Partner with executive leadership to implement these solutions while managing change and ensuring data integrity across financial systems.
