The role involves conducting survivor impact assessments and surveys over the phone to evaluate service effectiveness. The member will collaborate with the Client Services team and impact leadership to ensure a positive survivor experience.

The Impact Intern assists with outcome data collection, entry, and cleaning to support annual reports and grant reporting. They also collaborate with the evaluation team to implement client satisfaction surveys and impact assessments.
