Lead and scale Readymag's presence in design education by owning the strategy and execution of educational initiatives. Focus on evolving the education stream into a revenue-generating direction through partnerships with universities, educators, and students.

Own features end-to-end from exploration to production handoff, focusing on both the complex editor and conventional product surfaces. Collaborate with engineers to extend the design system and use data-driven experiments to inform strategic direction.

Own the end-to-end product analytics infrastructure, focusing on instrumentation, data quality, and the migration toward a full data warehouse. Drive product decisions by designing A/B tests, analyzing user funnels, and translating data findings into actionable insights for growth teams.

Design and maintain core infrastructure systems including authentication, billing integrations, and bundling pipelines. Support observability infrastructure and implement image/video processing pipelines for the platform.
