The Project Development Manager serves as the primary client contact, driving energy infrastructure projects from early engagement through pre-construction milestones. They are responsible for managing timelines, coordinating internal and external resources, and ensuring project advancement through the company's stage-gate process.

Develop and execute all contractual requirements for large-scale construction projects exceeding $500M while ensuring alignment with corporate policies. Provide on-site management and oversee the Project Execution Plan, quality systems, and coordination of field activities.

Leads and supervises integrated Design-Build and EPC project teams from inception through completion. Responsible for strategic planning, budget oversight, financial success, and managing relationships with customers and subcontractors.

Lead project controls functions for large capital projects, focusing on cost control, scheduling, and performance reporting. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget through effective governance and risk management.

Develop and manage resource- and cost-loaded Primavera P6 schedules for utility transmission and substation projects. Perform critical path analysis, track productivity, and produce earned value metrics to drive project execution.
