The Partner Admissions Lead manages a dedicated team of Application Specialists to drive admissions funnel performance and student outcomes. They serve as the primary subject matter expert for partner institutions, ensuring operational excellence and effective communication across all admissions processes.

This role is responsible for guiding prospective adult learners from initial inquiry through the admissions process, enrollment, and successful start of their first term at partner universities. Key duties include prospecting, managing student files, conducting discovery sessions to create success roadmaps, and ensuring students are fully prepared and registered for coursework.

The Student Success Coach provides personalized academic advising, helps students select courses, create degree plans, and utilizes coaching principles to foster academic and personal growth. This role involves addressing challenges specific to adult learners, monitoring progress, and actively engaging in outreach to re-engage and retain at-risk students.

The Application Specialist advises potential students on admissions and degree completion requirements while guiding them through the application processes. They maintain student files, track progress, and ensure students gain admission to their desired programs.
