The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage full-cycle recruiting for Admissions and Student Services, including sourcing, screening, and pipeline management. They will partner with hiring managers to ensure efficient hiring processes and maintain accurate candidate tracking in the ATS.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of online academic programs for adult learners in collaboration with higher education institutions. Manage academic liaisons, monitor course performance trends, and develop long-term strategies for scalable academic programs.
This role is responsible for guiding prospective adult learners from initial inquiry through the admissions process, enrollment, and successful start of their first term at partner universities. Key duties include prospecting, managing student files, conducting discovery sessions to create success roadmaps, and ensuring students are fully prepared and registered for coursework.
