The BCBA will oversee and guide individualized, home-based ABA programs while designing and implementing effective, ethical treatment plans. They are also responsible for supervising Behavior Technicians and providing training to staff and caregivers.

The role involves overseeing and monitoring comprehensive ABA home programs, designing, teaching, and supervising ethical and effective ABA interventions. Responsibilities also include supervising technicians, providing ABA training, implementing parent training, and preparing updated authorizations for insurance.
