The Client Success Associate manages family relationships, conducts student orientations, and serves as the primary point of contact for parents and guardians. They also mentor college admissions coaches and maintain a small cohort of students to provide direct advising throughout the admissions process.
Provide end-to-end counseling and strategic guidance to graduate school applicants, including managing cohorts and conducting advising sessions via Zoom. Mentor students through the writing process for statements of purpose and resumes while coordinating application deadlines.
