Lead discovery workshops and translate ministry, programme, and engineering requirements into secure, costed, delivery-ready AI architecture, including LLM pipelines, document AI, human-review workflows, and cloud platforms. Guide implementation through production, defining evaluation and release gates, trust boundaries, operational safeguards, and reusable architecture patterns for country programmes.
The advisor will evaluate and select external learning partners to design and deliver internal capability-building programs for a globally dispersed team. They will also anchor the rollout of cross-cultural sensitization programs and establish a sustainable quarterly onboarding process.
Provide centralized administrative and logistical support to the global leadership team, focusing on complex scheduling and international travel. Manage board and committee logistics while tracking team-wide deliverables and drafting professional correspondence.
