The Medical Coder is responsible for accurately attaching and indexing images into electronic health records within the Cerner/Oracle system. They must also perform 100% internal quality assurance on all work to ensure data accuracy and legibility.
Serve as a subject matter expert in body imaging and perform a variety of image-guided procedures. Provide remote diagnostic radiology coverage for the Providence VA Healthcare System while maintaining high standards of patient care.
