The role focuses on identifying and converting prospects through cold-calling and strategic outreach to grow the dental laboratory business. It involves collaborating with leadership and marketing to execute campaigns and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.

The General Manager/Product Manager will own the product strategy and lead a cross-functional team to bring new dental scanners to market. They will ensure successful deployment and adoption of digital scanners by dentists through effective onboarding and support programs.

The primary responsibilities involve cold-calling prospects, identifying decision-makers, and collaborating with laboratory leadership on strategic sales approaches and marketing campaigns. Additionally, the role requires setting up and delivering sales presentations, supporting marketing efforts, and performing outbound follow-up calls for cross-selling and upselling to existing customers.
