You will act as the primary advocate for enterprise customers by diagnosing complex technical issues and leveraging AI automation to scale support solutions. Additionally, you will build durable relationships with users, maintain internal documentation, and provide structured feedback to the product and engineering teams.
Design and build core search engine components, including indexing pipelines, data storage, and retrieval algorithms at a massive scale. Develop streaming and batch data processing systems while optimizing hardware performance through low-level systems tuning.
The role involves designing, building, and operating distributed infrastructure to support real-time search, AI, and enterprise workloads. You will own cross-cutting infrastructure problems, improve system performance and scalability, and establish technical standards across the organization.
