They will build consultative relationships with dialysis unit personnel and coordinate with internal departments to maximize customer satisfaction.
The Renal Clinical Case Manager provides clinical expertise for IDPN and IPN therapies while managing therapy approvals and reimbursement processes. They also serve as a subject matter resource for clinical staff and assist in developing renal nutrition programs.
