Peloton

Lead the design and optimization of Peloton's ecommerce platform, focusing on scalable frontend components and high-traffic performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and maintain CI/CD pipelines and observability systems.

Responsible for the accurate day-to-day administration of global stock plans and maintaining the equity platform as the single source of truth. Collaborates with internal teams to handle grants, exercises, and compliance reporting while driving process improvements.

Strategically evaluate and architect SaaS solutions by leading build vs buy decisions and conducting vendor assessments. Implement custom integrations, develop middleware to prevent vendor lock-in, and provide technical leadership across the engineering stack.
