Lead the development of advanced perception algorithms and sensor fusion techniques for industrial robotic welding systems. Provide technical leadership by mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the strategic direction of the company's robotics architecture.

You will set the technical direction for the robot learning team, designing architectures for perception, reasoning, and action generation. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers and drive the deployment strategy for complex loco-manipulation systems.

You will implement, validate, and iterate on machine learning algorithms for weld perception tasks and build robust data pipelines for model training. Additionally, you will lead the development of advanced perception systems and define the end-to-end ML lifecycle from dataset design to fleet deployment.

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will own product positioning and messaging across all products, driving go-to-market strategy for launches and market expansion. This role involves creating high-quality content, building sales enablement materials, and developing deep competitive intelligence.

This role is responsible for championing the Challenger Sales methodology, designing enablement programs, and creating interactive learning experiences for the go-to-market teams. Additionally, the specialist will build and curate a centralized content library, develop sales-ready assets, and produce internal enablement content.
