Manage an assigned portfolio of properties as the primary contact for owners and external service providers, and plan, lead, and document condominium owners' meetings before implementing their resolutions. Prepare and process invoice payments, complete assigned tasks in the DOMUS/Navi CRM system, and oversee modernization and maintenance work after it has been commissioned.
