The Consultant will plan and execute global quantitative and qualitative research projects, including managing vendors and timelines. They will also support data-driven storytelling and create client-facing deliverables such as reports and presentations.

The Account Director will own the end-to-end processing of survey data, including data cleaning, weighting, and crosstab production. They will also focus on process improvement and automation to enhance the speed and quality of research deliverables.

Lead and oversee domestic and international quantitative and qualitative research projects while managing client relationships and strategic deliverables. Mentor junior staff, manage project budgets, and contribute to business development and organizational process improvements.
