The consultant will oversee property tax appeals for a portfolio of commercial properties through the entire administrative appeal process, from informal discussions to formal ARB Hearings. Responsibilities also include evaluating CRE properties for appeal, supporting client onboarding, and acting as a jurisdictional subject matter expert for commercial property taxes.
