Conduct high-volume Remote Online Notarization (RON) closings, primarily for HELOC loan packages. Ensure all documents are complete and accurate to prevent funding delays and re-signs.

This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and cultivating long-term relationships with Realtors and joint venture partners within Orchard Title. The manager will build new business through outreach, evaluate opportunities, and consistently hit sales goals by managing their pipeline.
