The Senior Advisor will provide subject matter expertise in the design and refinement of innovative healthcare payment models for CMS. Responsibilities include developing payment methodologies, reviewing clearance materials, and supporting quantitative financial modeling.

Provide clinical and research expertise on metabolic health, specifically focusing on GLP-1 therapies and health economics. Advise on clinical design, access criteria, and the interpretation of cardiometabolic research findings.

The Senior Advisor will provide expert policy, analytic, and regulatory support to design and operationalize new Medicare Advantage models focused on Employer Group Waiver Plans. Responsibilities include conducting policy research, developing payment methodologies, and advising on rulemaking activities.

The Senior Advisor will provide high-level subject matter expertise on international drug reimbursement and net price reporting for CMMI models. They will also advise leadership on policy and financial considerations while contributing to technical documents and research papers.
