The Coding Manager implements clinical documentation improvement and coding compliance activities to ensure timely and accurate billing. They supervise coding staff and collaborate with Finance and Clinical departments to optimize net patient revenue and reduce denials.

Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiating, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Support the claims management program and provide general legal administration for HR and immigration processes.
