The Policy Manager leads a team to develop, analyze, and evaluate policies that support Indigenous women and their families. This includes managing projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring policy submissions reflect community feedback through an Indigenous Gender-Based Analysis lens.

The Senior Advisor leads internal and intergovernmental initiatives to advance strategic priorities, focusing on international affairs and Indigenous women's issues. They provide strategic analysis, guidance, and advocacy support to senior leadership and portfolio teams.
