Establish and expand an online community for Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses in primary care across British Columbia. Lead a team to deliver program operations, curate clinical content, and report metrics to the Ministry of Health.

Establish and lead the NP Negotiations & Engagement department to operationalize the NP Main Agreement mandate. This includes leading complex negotiations, managing government relations, and driving strategic engagement with Nurse Practitioners across British Columbia.
