Northspyre

The Account Executive is responsible for driving new business growth by educating real estate professionals on the Northspyre platform and converting prospects into clients. This includes owning a $1M+ annual quota and collaborating with leadership to scale the B2B SaaS sales machine.

Lead the development of the Northspyre Index by analyzing proprietary real estate development data to identify economic signals and trends. Produce original research and data-driven narratives to inform industry conversations and support strategic capital decisions.

The Marketing Coordinator will manage HubSpot workflows, marketing automation, and email campaigns while overseeing lead flow and marketing operations. They will also assist in content creation and leverage AI tools to support cross-functional marketing initiatives.
