The Data Ops Lead will manage the end-to-end pipeline of turning raw consumer audio streams into production-ready datasets for AI labs. This includes structuring data deals, overseeing overseas annotation teams, and ensuring strict data quality standards.

Manage the operational backbone of the payment system, focusing on dispute and chargeback resolution and fraud operations. Monitor payment performance metrics and provide operational support for customer success requests.

The Head of AI GTM will be responsible for driving revenue by selling proprietary, anonymized user data to the AI industry, owning the entire customer journey from initial awareness through expansion. This role also requires leading cross-functional efforts to align product and engineering development with sales objectives.
