Provide instructional and behavioral support to K-12 students based on their Individual Education Plans (IEP) or 504 plans. Assist the special education team with compliance documentation and attend professional development and IEP meetings.

Create an engaging virtual classroom environment and implement a proven curriculum to drive student success. Use student data to inform teaching strategies and collaborate with staff to meet individual student needs.

The School Psychologist will conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and develop evidence-based interventions to support student academic and social-emotional growth. They will also collaborate with staff on IEP and Section 504 processes while providing direct counseling and crisis support.

The role involves providing mandated group and individual counseling sessions and classroom support for special education students, including monitoring IEP goals and participating in IEP meetings. Responsibilities also include conducting psychosocial and functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and offering crisis intervention services.
