The role focuses on advancing the Steelhead Collective's strategic vision and collaborative conservation initiatives through operational coordination. Key duties include managing project work streams, coordinating in-person retreats, and facilitating grant-making and contracting between partners.

The Program Associate supports the operational delivery of the 5-Year Strategic Plan through program administration, member engagement, and external communications. Key duties include coordinating working groups, managing digital presence, and acting as a primary point of contact for member companies.

Oversee the organization's accounting and payroll functions to ensure financial integrity, compliance, and operational effectiveness. Lead the accounting team and provide strategic financial reporting and forecasts to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.

The Senior Manager leads the end-to-end lifecycle of project discovery, onboarding, and departure for mission-driven teams joining Multiplier. This includes managing due diligence, orchestrating pre-arrival transitions, and guiding projects through complex exits or closures.

The Associate Director will serve as the senior implementation lead, working closely with the Executive Director to shape strategy, coordinate across a complex coalition, and drive execution of policy, communications, and organizing workstreams. Key duties include managing timelines, supporting rapid-response operations, strengthening internal systems, and assisting with fundraising and administrative processes.
