Review complex conventional and conforming Jumbo loan submissions to ensure company guidelines are met and risk is minimized. Perform detailed self-employed income analysis and calculate various income types including complicated tax returns.

Responsible for evaluating risk for Prime, Jumbo, and Non-QM mortgage loan scenarios to ensure compliance with company and investor guidelines. Serves as the primary contact for the scenario desk, providing income analysis and supporting product development and sales partners.

The underwriter will review complex conventional/conforming Jumbo loan submissions to ensure compliance with company guidelines, aiming to maximize profit and minimize risk exposure. This involves weighing credit risk and performing complex analysis of self-employed income and various income types, including complicated tax returns.
