The Quality Improvement Advisor II provides client services and acts as the primary point of contact for contract support, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction. They work with health care providers to improve care delivery, quality data reporting, and health information technology adoption.

The RN Clinical Field Reviewer conducts person-centered in-home nursing assessments to evaluate functional abilities and care needs for Medicaid program members. They provide care coordination and work closely with provider agencies to ensure services are delivered according to state policies.
