Litigation Associate
The Associate Attorney will independently manage a civil litigation caseload from inception to conclusion, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. They will also represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trials while collaborating with partners and experts to develop effective litigation strategies.
