Lead institutional business development in Japan to secure strategic deals with banks, enterprises, and infrastructure providers. Establish Monad's brand presence and manage relationships with regulators and ecosystem partners to position the blockchain as credible financial infrastructure.

You will work on greenfield predictive modeling problems related to blockchain performance and system behavior. You are expected to implement production-grade solutions and take end-to-end ownership of production prediction pipelines.

The Head of DeFi will own the DeFi growth strategy for the Monad network, prioritizing bets across lending, DEXs, stablecoins, RWAs, and yield infrastructure, measured by key metrics like TVL and fees generated. This role involves executing end-to-end asset onboarding, advising builders on protocol design, activating networks for liquidity, and bridging DeFi concepts to TradFi executives.

The lead will own protocol growth end-to-end by building tailored growth plans, managing incentive campaigns, and tracking key metrics like TVL and volume. A core function is building the Real-World Asset (RWA) ecosystem by connecting asset issuers with lending protocols and designing composable, yield-generating strategies.
