Provide after-hours clinical triage, assessment, and symptom management for hospice patients and families via phone. Coordinate care by collaborating with physicians and internal teams while documenting all interactions in the EMR.

The Hospice Billing Specialist is responsible for accurately submitting and managing claims for Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance providers. They also handle room and board billing and maintain detailed financial records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
