The Director of Legal Affairs serves as the primary internal resource for legal, contractual, and compliance matters, reporting to the CFO. The role involves drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, managing risk, and overseeing data privacy and corporate governance.

The Partner serves as the senior point of accountability for major client relationships, advising C-suite executives on leadership, culture, and organizational strategy. They are responsible for driving business development, managing high-stakes engagements, and mentoring the consulting team to ensure high-quality delivery.

Lead end-to-end executive search delivery for C-level technology officers such as CTOs, CIOs, CDOs, and CISOs. Partner with Senior Partners to shape search strategies and manage multiple concurrent high-profile engagements.

The Managing Director will deliver high-impact executive assessment and coaching solutions while driving business growth through new and existing client relationships. They will also ensure quality and rigor by embedding assessment expertise into executive search processes and collaborating across the firm's practice areas.

The role involves owning the research and market mapping strategy across multiple retained executive searches, while also conducting first-round executive interviews and leading initial assessments. This position requires exercising strong judgment in candidate calibration and actively participating in client update calls to present market insights and recommendations.
